Özet

A 16-year-old boy was admitted to the pediatric outpatient clinicwith a long-standing firmness in the scrotum. On examination, smallmasses were palpated in both testicles. The hormone levels (testos-terone:5.09ng/mL,estradiol:29.8pg/mL,FSH:6.46mIU/mL,andLH: 6.34 mIU/mL) and tumor markers (AFP: 0.9 ng/mL,β-Hcg: 0.1,and LDH: 148 U/L) were within the normal range. On ultrasound(US), bilateral multiple testicular masses, including coarse calcifica-tions, were seen.
