dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Dicle Nehri üzerinde Diyarbakır (I) ve Hasankeyf (II) olarak belirlenen iki istasyondan örneklenenUnio tigridis türünün iç organ kitlesi ve suda (Cu, Cd, Ni, Pb, Zn, Co ) ağır metallerin birikimleri incelenmiştir.İstasyon sularının bazı fiziko-kimyasal parametreleri çalışma alanında, örneklerdeki ağır metal birikim oranı iseICP-OES ile ölçülmüştür. Su örneklerinde iki istasyonda da en yüksek değerler Zn'da, en düşük değerler Cu'datespit edilmiştir. Ni sadece I. istasyonda ölçülebilmişken Co, Cd ve Pb’da değerler ICP-OES'in analiz limitininaltında kalmıştır. Unio tigridis türünde istasyonlar arasındaki farklılık parametrik bir test olan t-test ile yapılmıştır.Unio tigridis’te istasyonlar arasındaki ağır metal birikimine bakıldığında Ni, Cu ve Pb da en yüksek değerler I.istasyonda; Co ve Zn da ise II. istasyon da ölçülmüştür. Cu, Pb ve Zn yoğunluklarında istatistik açısından farkönemli bulunmuştur (p<0.05).en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, accumulation of heavy metals such as Unio tigridis species visceral mass and water (Cu, Cd, Ni, Pb, Zn, Co) sampled from two stations identified as Diyarbakır (I) and Hasankeyf (II) on the Tigris River were investigated. Some physicochemical parameters of station waters were measured in the study area and the heavy metal accumulation in the samples were measured with ICP-OES. Two stations in water samples, the highest value in Zn, the lowest values being detected in Cu. Ni can only be measured at I. station, while Co, Cd and Pb were below the ICP-OES analysis limit. Differences between stations in Unio tigridis species were done by t-test which is a parametric test. When the heavy metal accumulation between the stations in Unio tigridis was examined, the highest values of Ni, Cu and Pb were found in the I. station; Co and Zn also II. station was also measured. Statistically significant differences were found in Cu, Pb and Zn concentrations (p<0.05).en_US
