dc.description.abstractAhkâm Defterleri bir bölgenin sosyal ve ekonomik hayatına dair bilgiler sunmaktadır. Bölge içerisinde halkın kendi aralarında ve yöneticiler arasında meydana gelen problemlere başkentin getirdiği çözümleri içermektedir. Bu kaynaklar, ilgili bölgenin sosyo-ekonomik profili açısından ve yöneten-yönetilen arasındaki ilişkileri, kanunların uygulanabilirliğini, hukuksal boşlukları ve oluşan sorunları göstermesi bakımından önemlidir. Bu çalışmada 19. yüzyıla ait 13-26 numaralı İstanbul Ahkâm Defterlerinde yer alan tarımla ilgili 1275 hüküm kaydı değerlendirilmiştir. Her bir kayıt, ihtilafın konusu, tarihi, yeri ve müracaat eden ile şikayet edilenin sosyal konumu ve dinleri bakımından tasnif edilerek önce kendi içlerinde ve sonra toplu olarak analiz edilmiştir ve hükümlerle ilgili bu değerlendirmeler sonucunda elde edilen veriler tablolar yardımıyla aktarılmıştıren_US
dc.description.abstractAhkâm Registers present a profile about the social and economic life of the region. It contains the solution by the national capital to the problems which occur between the civilian and civilian or ruler. These reference resources are important to expose the socioeconomic profile of the region. This is important in terms of the relationship between "the ruler" and "the ruled", the practice of law, legal deficiency and the problems that occur. In this study, 1275 provisions related to agriculture in the 19th century which are located in numbered 13 to 26 of Istanbul Ahkâm Registers were evaluated. Each record of a book classified according to book numbers, the threads of conflict, place of application, the social position of the sides of the conflict, the sides of the conflict religion, and the application period. And the first systematic themselves, than mass analyzed and the evaluation of the registers was made. At last the resulted data were presented in tablesen_US
