Tuberculosis of bone-joint systems is considerably rare. Pulmonary tuberculosis is primary source in most patients. There are few cases in the literature in which tuberculosis targets the sternum primarily. In this article, we present a case of a primary sternal tuberculosis in a 64-year-old woman who was admitted to our clinic with chest pain and a chest wall mass. The patient was treated with sternal resection and chest wall reconstruction.en_US
