dc.description.abstractYabancı cisim aspirasyonu (YCA) trakea seviyesinde tama yakın tıkanıklık meydana getirdiğinde ölümcül solunum yetmezliğine (asfiksi) neden olur. Buna karşın, trakeao-bronşial ağacın daha aşağı seviyelerine ilerleyebilen yabancı cisimler tıkadığı bölgenin distalinde havalanmanın bozulmasına ve enfeksiyona zemin hazırlayıcı etkisine bağlı olarak solunum sistemi problemlerine neden olmaktadır. Sık tekrarlayan enfeksiyon ve öksürük şikâyetleri nedeniyle kliniğimize başvuran 25 ve 32 yaşında iki erkek hastaya unutulan yabancı cisim aspirasyonu nedeniyle rijit bronkoskopi yapıldı. Dört yaşında erkek çocuk olan üçüncü olgumuzda ise aspire edilen tespih boncuğu idi. İlk olguda sağ alt lob girişinde mermi çekirdeği ve ikinci olguda ise bilateral alt lob bronş girişinde tavuk boyun kemiği ve üçüncü olguda ise sağ ana bronşta tespih tanesi çıkartıldı. İlginç bulduğumuz üç olguyu literatür eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık.en_US
dc.description.abstractForeign body aspirations cause acute fatal respiratory when they make a nearly total obstruction in trachea. Foreign bodies forwarding lower levels of tracheobronchial tree cause disruption of ventilation distal to obstruction and ease infections, depending ventilation and its infectious effects. Rigid bronchoscopy was carried out in two patients, 25 and 32 years old, who admitted to our clinic with the complaint of frequent infection and cough. Due to overlooked FBA, a bullet was removed from right lower lobe bronchus and chicken bones were removed bilaterally from lower lobes bronchi. A bead was removed from the third patient’s right main bronchus. We aimed to present three interesting cases with the literature.en_US
