dc.description.abstractBu makalede Slovenya, Hırvatistan ve Bosna Hersek’in bağımsız devlet olma süreçleri ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmada uluslararası toplumun Yugoslavya krizi karşısındaki tutumu ve bu çatışmayı sona erdirmek için gösterdiği çabalar analiz edilecektir. Bu kapsamda, bir devletin tanınma koşullarının saptanması ile Yugoslavya’nın durumunun belirlenmesi amacıyla kurulan ad hoc komitesinin bu görevlerini ne şekilde yerine getirdiği de incelenecektir. Son olarak bu çalışmada, tanınmaya ilişkin yeni kuralların var olup olmadığı ve arabulucu komitenin tanınma politikasına ilişkin aldığı kararların ekonomik çıkarlara dayanıp dayanmadığı konuları incelenecektiren_US
dc.description.abstractThis article focuses on the process of recognition of Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina as independent states. The responses of the international community to the crisis in Yugoslavia and efforts in order to solve the conflict will be analyzed. In this context, determination of the conditions of recognition of any state and the ad hoc committee established to determine the situation of Yugoslavia in order to fulfill these duties will be examined. Finally, this study will examine the subjects that whether new rules of recognition exist and whether the decisions taken by the arbitrary on the recognition policy are based on economic interestsen_US
