Özet
Tonsil schwannomu; yavaş büyüyen boğazda yabancı cisim hissi, ağrılı yutma zorluğu ve horlama gibi ana semptomları olan benign tümördür. Bizim bu olgu sunumunda amacımız; 34 yaşında kadın hastada, yutma güçlüğüne neden olan sol tonsilde kitle nedeniyle opere edilen ve histopatolojik olarak literatürde çok nadir görülen tonsil schwannomunu sunmaktır. Tümör trans-oral yol diseksiyon yöntemi ile çıkarıldı. Postoperatif bir yıl sonraki kontrolünde komplikasyona rastlanılmadı.
Tonsils schwannoma are benign tumors that the main symptoms difficulty swallowing and snoring, foreign body sensation, sore throat, and slow-growing. The aim of study is to describe the case of 34 years of old female who presented with a schawannoma in her left palatine tonsil of the tumor that were surgically removed transorally. There weren’t any complications like recurrence until postoperation one year.
