| dc.description.abstract | Öz:İnsanlığın ilkel toplumdan günümüz sanayi ötesi toplum veya bilgi toplumuna kadar olan serüveni; aslında üretim konusunda gerçekleştirdiği teknolojilerin, sistemlerin tarihsel sonucudur diyebiliriz. Toplumsal yapıda bu derece belirleyici olan üretim sistemleri çalışma yaşamında istihdam şeklini de belirlemektedir. Öyle ki sanayi devrimiyle birlikte fabrikalarda başlayan ve kitleselleşen üretim için ihtiyaç duyulan emek talebi, şehirdeki yetmeyince kırsaldaki işgücüyle karşılanabilmiştir. Ama üretimde zamanla özellikle İkinci Dünya Savaşından sonra makineleşme arkasından otomasyona geçilmesi,;, işçi-işveren ilişkileri başta olmak üzere çalışma yaşamındaki işleyişi de etkilemiştir. Literatüre esnek çalışma modeli olarak giren bu değişiklikler, Esnek çalışma, değişen şartlara uyum sağlamak için tarafların üzerinde anlaştığı normlarla çalışma saatlerini, yerlerini, şartlarını değişik ihtiyaçlara göre belirleyebilme serbestîsidir." şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Tarihsel olarak kökleri 1970 yılına dayanan bu modelin uygulamada çeşitli türleri olup, günümüzde geçerli olanlardan biri de ev eksenli çalışmadır. Ev-eksenli çalışma, tüm dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye'de de gün geçtikçe yaygınlaşan çalışma biçimlerinin başında gelmektedir. Ev eksenli çalışan kadınların sorunlarının tespiti ve bu sorunlara çözüm önerileri üretilmesi bu çalışmanın temel amacıdır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract:We can say that humanity's adventure from primitive society to recent-day's industrial society or the information society historically results from technology and systems performed in production. Production systems which is very decisive on social structure, also determine shape of the employees 'in working life. So, demand for labor is needed for industrial revolution which began in the factories and popularization of production could be covered by the rural workforce, because of city's inadequate workforce. But over time, especially after second World War transition automating after mechanization of production, affected the functioning of working life particularly in labor relations Although defined in various way by the every walk of life these changes has entered to Literature as flexible working which defined as "flexible working is the freedom to determine work hours, place and conditions which agreed upon by partials according to different needs for the adaptation to changing conditions. "Historically this model origin back to 1970 has various types on application; one of them is working as home-based". Home-based work is the leading widespread forms of work environment in Turkey as well as all over the world detection of problems of woman that works as home-based and proposes solutions is the primary objective of this study. | en_US |
