dc.description.abstractBilateral choanal atresia is a congenital anomaly which occurs immediately after birth and requires immediate intervention. Therefore, it is very rare to see a patient who has reached an advanced age. In this article, we report two cases (sisters) who were able to reach advanced ages with bilateral choanal atresia. In the light of these two adult cases, we aimed to review the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to bilateral choanal atresia with the literature.en_US
