dc.description.abstractÖz:Bu araştırmanın amacı Diyarbakır kamu okullarında görev yapan yöneticilerin profilini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Yönetici profilinin belirlenmesi, kamu okullarında görev yapan yöneticilerin herkesçe gözlemlenebilir ortak özelliklerinin olabildiğince nicelleştirilmesi, istatistiksel göstergelere sığdırmaya çalışılması gibi bir amaca yöneliktir. Okul yöneticilerinin profilini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma betimsel tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Diyarbakır ilinin 17 ilçe merkezindeki kamu okullarında görev yapmakta olan ve basit rastlantısal yolla seçilen 318 okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Taşdan, Tösten, Bulut ve Karakaya (2013) tarafından geliştirilen "Okul Yönetici Profili" anketi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın göze çarpan sonuçlarından bazıları şöyledir: Yöneticilerin %91,5'i erkektir, %97,2'sinin yabancı dili İngilizcedir, %40,6'sı lisansüstü eğitime sahiptir, %86,7'sinin yurtdışı tecrübesi yoktur, %89,3'ü spor yapmaktadır, %68,8'i Türkiye'nin AB üyeliğini desteklemektedir, %71,3'ü çözüm sürecini desteklemektedir, %58,8'i Türkiye'nin mülteci politikalarını beğenme konusunda fikir beyan etmemektedir, %58,8'i ek iş gereksinimi duymamaktadır ve %82,9'unun sendika üyeliği vardır.en_US
dc.description.abstractAbstract:The main aim of this study is to determine the profile of the managers in public schools of Diyarbakır province. Determination of the manager profile aims to quantify the common features of the public school managers and intends to fit the statistical indicators so as to be seen by everyone. This study, aiming to determine the profile of the school managers, is in descriptive survey model. The sample of the study (selected randomly) is 318 public school managers 17 districts centers in Diyarbakır province. As data collection tool “School Manager Profile” questionnaire developed by Taşdan, Tösten, Bulut and Karakaya (2013) was used. Some of the remarkable results of the research are as follows; from the managers 91.5% are male; 97.2% know English as foreign language; 40.6% have a postgraduate education; 86.7% have no experience abroad; 89.3% do sports; 68.8% support Turkey’s EU membership, 71.3% support the solution process, 58.8% did not express opinions about Turkey’s refugee policy; 58.8% do not need additional business and 82.9% have union membership.en_US
