dc.description.abstractGünümüzde birçok ülkede, ekonomik gelişme ve sosyal kalkınma düzeyinin önemli bir göstergesi olarak, istihdam yapısı ve işsizlik boyutu ele alınmaktadır. Bugün Türkiye'nin en önemli sosyal ve ekonomik sorunlarından birisi de işsizliktir. Türkiye, ekonomik ve sosyal yapısındaki dengesizliklere ek olarak, uygulamakta olduğu makro ekonomik politikaların da etkisiyle her geçen gün daha da ağırlaşan istihdam ve işsizlik sorunuyla karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Bu çalışmada işsizlik ile ilgili veriler ülkenin sosyo-ekonomik koşulları da dikkate alınarak analiz edilmiş, Türkiyedeki kırsal istihdam ve işgücü piyasasına ilişkin durum tespiti yapılmıştır. Ayrıca işsizlik ana faaliyet kolları, cinsiyet ve yaş, iş arama süresi, eğitim gibi özellikler dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir. Bu süreçte işsizlikle mücadele politikaları değerlendirilmiştir.Kırsal Alan tanımında TÜİK yaklaşımı benimsenmiş ve nüfusu 20.000 ve daha az olan yerleşim yerleri kırsal alan olarak tanımlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractToday, in many countries, as an important indicator of the level of economic development and social development, the size of the structure employment and unemployment is discussed. Today, one of Turkey's most important social and economic problems is unemployment. Turkey, the economic and social structure of the imbalances, in addition to macro-economic policies to be implemented due to the worsening with each passing day we are confronted with the problem of employment and unemployment. In this study, data on unemployment, taking into account the socio- economic conditions of the country have been analyzed, conducted due diligence on rural employment and the labor market in Turkey. In addition, the main activity of unemployment, gender and age, duration of job search, training, taking into account such features were examined. In this process, the fight against unemployment policies is evaluated. "Rural Area" adopted approach to the definition of TUIK, and population of less than 20,000 and defined as rural settlements.en_US
