dc.description.abstractTürkiye’de yaşanan yargı sorunu ve bunun bir parçası olan yargı mensuplarının niteliği sorunu, hukuk eğitimine dair tartışma ve arayışları gündeme getirmektedir. Uzunca bir süreden beri hukuk eğitiminde yaşanan sorunlar, sorunun ilgilileri tarafından dile getirilmesine rağmen, henüz ciddi bir adımın atılmadığı görülmektedir. Türkiye’de hukuk eğitimi alanında yaşanan sorunları ve bunlara yönelik çözüm önerilerini ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliği (AB) üyelik süreci göz önünde bulundurularak, önce hukuk eğitimi alanına ilişkin AB eksenli yaşanan gelişmelere genel olarak değinilecektir. Ardından, AB üyesi Almanya hukuk eğitimi ile AB’den ayrılan ve AngloSakson hukuk sisteminin en önemli uygulayıcısı olan İngiltere hukuk eğitimi incelenecektir. Son olarak, Türkiye’de hukuk eğitimi alanında yaşanan sorunlara değinilecek ve çözüm önerileri sunulacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe judicial problem confronted in Turkey and the problem of the quality of members of judiciary which is part of it has brought discussions and pursuits on legal education onto the agenda. Although the problems experienced in legal education, for a long time, have been expressed by concerned parties, it is seen that no significant step has been taken yet. In this study, which aims to present solution proposals for problems faced in the field of legal education in Turkey, first, progresses seen in the field of legal education in the context of European Union (EU) are to be addressed in general by taking Turkey’s European Union process into consideration. Then, legal education in EU member Germany and that in the UK, which left the EU and is the most important practitioner of the Anglo-Saxon legal system, will be examined. Finally, problems experienced in the field of legal education in Turkey are to be referred to and solution proposals are to be presented.en_US
