dc.description.abstractEroziv liken planus, oral liken planusun hastaya en çok rahatsızlık veren formudur. Hastaların yeme, içme ve konuşma gibi fonksiyonları ciddi şekilde etkilenir. Deride ve mukozada lezyonlara neden olan hastalığın etiyolojisi çok iyi bilinmemekte ve otoimmünite suçlanmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda, Dicle Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Periodontoloji Anabilim Dalına başvuran 51 yaşındaki bir bayan hastanın oral bulguları rapor edilmiştir. Ekstraoral ve intraoral muayeneleri yapılmış, kesin tanı biyopsi ile konmuştur. Hastaya dermatoloji kliniğinde sistemik kortikosteroid tedavisi uygulanmıştır. Periodontal tedavileri yapıldıktan sonra da protetik restorasyonları yapılarak, fonksiyon, fonasyon ve estetik gereksinimler sağlanmıştır. Hastanın periyodik takiplerine devam edilmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractErosive lichen planus is the most severe form of oral lichen planus which gives discomfort to patient. Functions of the patients such as eating, drinking and speaking is highly restricted. The ethiology of the disease, which causes of forming lesions on skin and mucosa, is not known clearly, and autoimmunity is accused. In this case report, a 51 years old woman patient who applied to Dicle University faculty of dentistry, department of periodontology is presented the oral findings. After intraoral and extraoral examination, the diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy. The patient was treated with systhemic corticosteroid in dermatology clinic. After peridontal treatment, the function, fonation and aesthetic requirements were maintained by prosthetic restorations. Periodic follow ups of the patient are still going on.en_US
