dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışmada özel sektörde faaliyet gösteren serbest muhasebeci-mali müşavirler ve kamuda çalışan memurlardan oluşan bir grupta işkoliklik ve obsesyon düzeylerinin ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Gereç ve yöntem: İşkoliklik ve obsesyon düzeylerini belirlemek için iki ayrı ölçek kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında toplam 260 çalışana bu ölçekler ve demografik veri formu uygulanmıştır. Toplam 170 kişinin verileri değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Verilerin analizinde, parametrik testler ve korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. İstatistikî anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bulgular: Serbest muhasebeci-mali müşavirlerin işten zevk alma (İZA) puanlarının, devlet dairesinde çalışan memurlar ve kendi yanlarında çalıştırdıkları stajyerlerden daha yüksek olduğu tespit edildi. Üniversite mezunlarının İZA puanlarının lise mezunlarından yüksek olduğu görüldü. Serbest muhasebeci-mali müşavirlerde İZA puanı ile obsesyon alt ölçeklerinden kontrol ve kesinlik puanı arasında pozitif doğrusal ilişki tespit edildi. Ayrıca, işkoliklik ölçeği işe kendini kaptırma puanı ile temizlik, düşüncelere kapılma, kontrol ve kesinlik arasında da pozitif doğrusal ilişkiler olduğu tespit edildi. Sonuç: İşkoliklik alt ölçekleri ile obsesif düşünce şekli arasında pozitif yönde doğrusal bir ilişki olduğu söylenebilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjectives: In this study, the relationship between levels of workaholism and obsession was investigated in a group that was composed of independent accountantfinancial advisers and civil servants. Materials and methods: Two different scales were used in order to determine the workaholism and obsession levels. These two scales and a form to collect demographical variables were administered to 260 workers. Among them the data obtained from 170 workers were evaluated. Parametric tests and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. The level of statistical significance was accepted as p<0.05. Results: The work enjoyment (WE) scores of independent accountant-financial advisers were higher than those of both civil servants and their employee. WE scores of participants who have graduated from university degree were higher than those of students who were high school graduates. There were positive correlations between WE score of workaholism scale and control and just-right scores. Additionally, work driven score of workaholism scale was found to be positively correlated with cleaning, ruminations, and control and just-right scores. Conclusion: It can be said that there is a positive correlation between workaholism sub components and obsessions.en_US
