dc.description.abstractÖz:Bilgi çağını yaşadığımız günümüz dünyasında teknoloji hızla gelişmekte ve hayatımızın her alanını etkilemektedir. Kurum ve kuruluşlar teknolojinin sağladığı yenilik ve kolaylıklardan üst seviyede yararlanmak için birçok çalışma ve yatırım yapmaktadır. Eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinin yürütüldüğü yerler olan okullar da bu durumdan en çok etkilenen kurumlardandır. Okulların teknolojik bakımdan güçlendirilmesini sağlamak, okullara yenilikler katmak ve öğrencilere daha iyi bir eğitim öğretim hizmeti sunmak için birçok çalışma yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmaların en kapsamlı olanlarından birisi de Fatih Projesi'dir. Bu proje ile okulların teknolojik altyapı açısından güçlendirilmesi, akıllı tahtalarla donatılması ve öğrencilere tablet bilgisayarlar dağıtılarak eğitimde teknolojiden en üst seviyede faydalanılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada, ülkemizde başlatılmış olan bu teknolojik yenilenme ve değişim sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine göre incelenmiştir. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeline uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. 388 sınıf öğretmeni üzerinde yürütülen çalışma sonucunda araştırmaya katılan sınıf öğretmenleri, Fatih Projesi'nin öğrencilerin teknolojiden daha fazla faydalanmasına olanak sağlayacağını belirtmişlerdir. Bunun yanında "geleneksel öğretimden, teknoloji destekli öğretime geçileceği", "nitelikli ve donanımlı bireyler yetişmesine bu projenin katkı sunacağı" yönünde görüşlerin araştırmaya katılan sınıf öğretmenlerince ifade edildiği görülmektedir. Fatih Projesi'nin gerçekleştirilmesi ve devamını sağlıklı bir şekilde sürdürülmesi için özellikler sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel düzeyi düşük çevrelerde yer alan okulların sınıf mevcutlarının azaltılması, fiziki alt yapısının geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Öğretmenlerin projenin sağlıklı uygulanabilmesi konusunda kendilerini geliştirebilmelerine olanak sağlanmalıdır.en_US
dc.description.abstractAbstract:In our today's world where we experience the age of information, the technology is rapidly developing and makes huge impacts on every aspect of our lives. Institutions and organizations are doing a lot of work and making some investments to benefit from the technology preeminently. The schools, which are places where the educational and training activities are being carried out, have been the most affected institutions by this situation. Many studies are being performed to ensure that the schools are being technologically strengthened, to add innovations to schools and to provide students with a better service of education and teaching. The most comprehensive of these studies is the Fatih project. It was aimed to strengthen the technological infrastructure of the schools, to be equipped with interactive whiteboards and to make a benefit at the highest level from the technology in education by this project by distributing tablet computers to the students. In this research this technological innovation and change launched in our country has been examined according to the views of the classroom teachers. The research was carried out according to the survey model, one of the quantitative research methods. The classroom teachers participating in the research as the result of the studies conducted on 388 classroom teachers have stated that the Fatih project would allow more students to benefit from the technology. Besides, it is seen that classroom teachers participating in the research state that teachers will pass from the traditional learning to the technologysupported education and this project will contribute to the growth of qualified and equipped individuals. In order to implement and sustain Fatih Project a healthy way and successfully, it is necessary to improve the physical infrastructure and reduce class sizes, especially for schools located in environments characterized by low socio-economic and cultural level. Teachers should also be provided oppotunities to develop themselves about the healthy implementation of the project.en_US
