Özet
Bu çalışma; Elazığ Merkeze bağlı Hal Köyü’nde yetişen ağaçların sonbahar aylarında dökülen yapraklarının (gazel) yem kalitesini belirlemek amacıyla 2020 yılında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, deneme materyali olarak 9 farklı ağaç gazeli kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre ham protein (HP) %7.38-15.69, asit deterjan lif (ADF) %15.39-34.98, nötral deterjan lif (NDF) %19.22-43.49, sindirilebilir kuru madde (SKM) %61.65-76.92, kuru madde tüketimi (KMT) %2.77-6.25, nispi yem değeri (NYD) 149.79-372.39, toplam sindirilebilir besin maddeleri (TSBM) % 56.13-78.66, nispi yem kalitesi (NYK) 143.99- 399.37, potasyum (K) %0.35-1.68, magnezyum (Mg) %0.57-0.80, kalsiyum (Ca) %2.08-2.69, fosfor (P) %0.21-0.52, kalsiyum/fosfor (Ca/P) 4.59-12.44, potasyum/kalsiyum+magnezyum (K/Ca+Mg) 0.11-0.52 arasında değişim göstermiştir. Farklı bitki gazelleri kalite standartları bakımından irdelendiğinde; HP bakımından kiraz, söğüt ve şeftali gazelleri 2. grupta yer alırken, asma ve elma 3. grupta, adi alıç ve armut 4. grupta, zerdali ve ceviz 5. grupta yer almıştır. ADF, NDF, SKM, KMT, NYD, TSBM ve NYK bakımından ise tüm bitki gazelleri genel olarak prime grupta yer almıştır.
The study was carried out determine the feed quality of the leaves (Autumn leaves) of different tree species grown in the garden areas of Hal Village in Elazig province in 2020. In the research, 9 different tree leaves were used as materials (3 samples from each plant). According to analysis results, means of the investigated traits among the species were observed as followings; crude protein (CP) 7.38-15.69%, acid detergent insoluble fiber (ADF) 15.39-34.98%, neutral detergent insoluble fiber (NDF) 19.22-43.49%, digestible dry matter (DDM) 61.65-76.92%, dry matter intake (DMI) 2.77-6.25%, relative feed value (RFV) 149.79-372.39, total digestible nutrient content (TDN) 56.13-78.66%, relative feed quality (RFQ) 143.99-399.37, potassium (K) 0.35- 1.68%, magnesium (Mg) 0.57-0.80%, calcium (Ca) 2.08-2.69%, phosphorus (P) 0.21-0.52%, calcium / phosphorus (Ca / P) 4.59-12.44, potassium / calcium + magnesium (K / Ca + Mg) 0.11-0.52. When different tree leaves are examined in terms of quality standards; In terms of CP, cherry, willow, and peach are in the 2nd group, grapevine and apple are in the 3rd group, common hawthorn and pear is in the 4th group, wild apricot and walnut are in the 5th group. In terms of ADF, NDF, DDM, DMI, RFV, TDN and RFQ, all plant leaves were generally in the prime group.
