Özet
Giriş: Otolog Periferal Kök Hücre transplantasyonunda engrafmanın erken olması hastanın hızlı taburcu olmasınısağlamakta ve komplikasyonları azaltmaktadır. Çalışmamızda otolog periferal kök hücre naklinde engrafmanıetkileyen faktörleri araştırmak istedik. Gereç ve Yöntem: Otolog periferal stem hücre nakli öncesi hastaların yaş,cins, vücut kitle indeksi (BMI), toplanan CD34+ miktarı,hastalığın tanısı ve hazırlama rejimleri incelendi. Bulgular: Otolog kök hücre nakli yapılan toplam 66 hastanın (26 kadın, 40 erkek) engrafman açısından karşılaştırılan parametrelerinde cins, BMI, hastalığın tanısı ile hazırlama rejimleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptanmadı. 50 yaşın altında olan ve 2,5x106/kg’ın üstünde kök hücre toplanan olgularda lökosit ve trombosit engrafmanının daha erken olduğu saptandı. Sonuç: Otolog periferal kök hücre transplantasyonunda toplanan CD34+ miktarı ile 50 yaşın altında olma erken engrafman açısından önemlidir.
Introduction: An early engraftment in autologous peripheral stem cell transplantation that the patient from beingdischarged early and will prevent the complications as soon as possible. Therefore, we would like to investigatethe factors affecting engraftment in autologous peripheral stem cell transplantation.Material and Method: For this purpose, the age, sex, body mass index (BMI), CD34 + amount, preparativeregimens of the patient were compared before autologous peripheral stem cell transplantation.Results A total of 66 patients (26 females, 40 males) with autologous stem cell transplantation were not foundstatistically significant in terms of engraftment of sex, BMI, diagnosis of disease and preparation regimens. It wasdetermined that the under age of 50 years and in the cases of stem cells collected above 2.5x106/ kg that theleukocyte and platelet engraftment was earlier.Conclusion In the cases of stem cells collected above 2.5x106/ kg in autologous peripheral stem celltransplantation and under 50 years of age are important for early engraftment.
