Ahkâmu’l-iktina fi’l-fıkhi’l-İslamî = (İslam hukukuna göre canlı ve cansız eşya edinmenin hükmü)

The research includes the acquisition provisions? the concept of acquisition and related terms? the evidence of the legality of acquisition? the ruling on the acquisition of living beings such animals? and the non-living beings? which is protected by man and saves him from things in order to need or entertainment? And the jurisprudential principle in the matter of acquisition? and some sub-provisions of this matter? which have a strong relationship to Zakat holdings and flow of interest in what is acquired? indicating all the views of the imams of doctrines of jurisprudence? and evidence and discussion and the opinion of the most likely to myself? including that evidenced by the evidence by the evidence and jurisprudential rules in it? and I have tried as much as possible to link the dispersion of this issue to each other? and take them independent research I'm praying that the Almighty Allah to make it beneficial for me and for whole ummah.

Tezimiz, canlı ve cansız eşyayı edinmeye (iktinâ) dair hükümleri konu edinmektedir. Eşyayı edinme ve onunla ilgili kavramları, mülk edinmenin şer'i delillerini, bütün çeşitleriyle canlı ve cansızları mülk edinmenin hükmünü, isteğe ya da ihtiyaç veya zarurete binaen mülk edinme konularını ihtiva etmektedir. Konumuzun fıkhî kaide ve fer'î ahkâmla sıkı bir ilişkisi bulunmaktadır. Mesela mülk edinilen şeylerde zekâtın veya ribânın cereyan edip etmediği gibi konular bu çerçevede mütalaa edilebilir. Bütün bu konuları ümmetin genel kabulüne mazhar olan Ehl-i Sünnet Fıkıh mezhepleri çerçevesinde ele alıp incelemeye çalıştık. Konuyu farklı yönleriyle tartıştıktan sonra gerekçesini de belirterek yer yer tercihlerde bulunmaya gayret ettik. Gücümüz oranında konuya dair dağınık halde bulunan bilgileri bir araya getirerek belli bir sistem içerisinde aktarmaya çalıştık. Allah'tan temennim, bu çalışmanın hem bana hem de diğer ilim taliplerine faydalı olmasıdır.
