dc.description.abstractInfant at two months of age with the diagnosis of bilateral congenital lobar emphysema and accompanying imperforate anus is presented. The proportional intrauterine growth retardation, and history of previous sister mortality with meningomyelocel might have indicated the genetic factor or viral infection in the development of congenital lobar emphysemaen_US
