Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a slow-growing dermal spindle cell tumor. Its rare myxoid variant is characterized by extensive myxoid degeneration. We report a case of myxoid DFSP of the lower abdomen in a 35-year-old man. Histopathologically, the tumor consisted of spindle-shaped cells that were strongly positive for CD34 with a typical storiform pattern and myxoid stromal changes.en_US
