| dc.description.abstract | Şîrâzî'nin Mühezzeb adlı eseri, Şafiî mezhebinin en önemli kaynakları arasında yer almaktadır. Ne var ki eserde zayıf hatta mevzu hadisler de yer almaktadır ve müellif istidlal ettiği bu hadislerin değerine temas etmemiştir. İmam Nevevî bu eksikliği görmüş ve Mühezzeb'e yazdığı şerhi Mecmû'da bu hadislerin tahricini ve senetle alakalı durumlarını ele almıştır. Bu araştırmamızda, Nevevî'nin hadis ilimleri ile ilgili takip ettiği yöntemi ele alacağız. Bir giriş ve üç ana bölümden ibaret olan araştırmamızın giriş bölümünde İmam Nevevî'nin yaşadığı dönem, hayatı ve ilmî kişiliği ele alınacaktır. Birinci bölümde rivayet ve dirayet açısından Nevevî'nin hadisçi kişiliği incelendikten sonra onun Mecmû adlı eserinin tanıtımı yapılmış ve hadisleri gerek metin gerekse sened açısından nasıl ele aldığı tespit edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Nevevî'nin hadisleri tahriç etme yöntemi, üçüncü bölümde ise Nevevî'nin ele aldığı hadisler hakkında ortaya koyduğu hükümler tahlil edilmiştir. Hadis ilimlerinin kapsamı oldukça geniş olduğundan, bu çalışmada sadece Nevevî'nin hadis alanındaki önemi ve otoritesi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Şîrâzî's work named Mühezzeb is among the most important sources of the Shafii sect. However, in the work, weak or even fiction hadiths were occasionally and the author did not explained them. Imam Nevevî noticed those problems and in Mecmû, his work, he deals with the provocation of these hadiths and their deeds related to the deed. In this study, we will consider the method followed by Nevevî regarding hadith sciences. In the introduction part of our research, which consists of an introduction and three main sections, the period, life and scientific personality of Imam Nevevî will be discussed. In the first chapter, after examining the hadith personality of Nevevî in terms of narration and dignity, his work named Mecmu was introduced and how he handled the hadiths in terms of both text and transmitter chains was discussed. In the second part, Nevevi's method of irritating the hadiths and in the third part, the provisions about the hadiths that Nevevî dealt with were analyzed. Since the scope of hadith sciences is quite wide, it is aimed to reveal the importance and authority of Nevevi only in the hadith field. | |
