dc.description.abstractDiş hekimliğinde, dentin aşırı duyarlılığı, örneğin, buz gibi soğuk bir içecek gibi diyet faktörleri, soğuk bir kış gününde alınan nefese maruz kalma gibi çevresel hususlara bile çeşitli uyaranlara yanıt olarak açığa çıkan dentinden kaynaklanan keskin ağrı karakterli, sık gözlemlenen bir durumdur. Hipersensitif dentin, esas olarak pulpa duvarındaki dentin ağrı liflerinin, yani A liflerinin aktivasyonunun bir sonucu gibi görünmektedir. Bu sinirleri harekete geçiren uyaranlar, öncelikle dentin tübüllerinden sıvıyı uzaklaştıran ve kılcal kuvvetleri harekete geçirerek hızlı bir dışa akışa neden olan uyaranlardır. dc.description.abstractIn dentistry, dentin hypersensitivity is a frequently observed condition, characterized by sharp pain in the dentin that emerges in response to various stimuli, such as dietary factors like an ice-cold beverage, or even environmental considerations such as exposure to breath on a cold winter day. Hypersensitive dentin appears to be mainly a result of activation of dentin pain fibers, namely A fibers, in the pulp wall. The stimuli that activate these nerves are those that primarily remove fluid from the dentinal tubules and activate capillary forces, causing a rapid outflow. Application of a cold stimulus causes the fluid to contract, causing a similar rapid outward flow in the pulp region of the tubules. Studies show that some of the causation of the development of hypersensitive cervical and occlusal surfaces are mechanical and acidic effects from the oral environment, toothbrush wear, abrasive components in the diet, bacterial invasion of plaque and dentin. Sometimes dentin is exposed by restorative treatment, and sometimes eccentric occlusal loads may contribute to hypersensitivity. Sensitivity will continue as long as the exposed tubular openings are not closed.en_US
