| dc.description.abstract | Molla Khalîle s-Siirdî, who was one of the most important figures of the Eastern Madrasahs, has written many works on different fields of Islamic sciences. These works are in great demand in the madrasa circles. Although the interest to Hadith sicience is not shown enoughly in the madrasa circles today, Molla Khalîl’s detached book in Hadith Methodology and what he explained in Sunnah chapter of his book about the Methodology of Fiqh clearly show his qualification in Hadith. In this article, Molla Khalîl's understanding of Sunnah/Hadith will be discussed and evaluated within the framework of his book about Methodology of Fiqh. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Şark medreselerinin en önemli simalarından olan Molla Halîl es- Siirdî, İslâmî ilimlerin farklı alanlarına dair çok sayıda eser yazmıştır. Bu eserler medrese çevrelerinde büyük rağbet görmektedir. Günümüzde medrese çevrelerinde Hadis ilmine hak ettiği ilgi gösterilmemesine rağmen Molla Halîl’in Hadis Usûlüne dair müstakil olarak yazdığı eserinde ve Fıkıh Usûlü ile ilgili kitabının Sünnet bölümünde anlattıkları onun bu ilme olan vukufiyetini açıkça ortaya koymaktadır. Bu makalede Molla Halîl’in Sünnet/hadis anlayışı Usûlu’l-Fıkh adlı eseri çerçevesinde ele alınıp değerlendirilecektir. | |
