| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma parsiyel ve total protezin oral mukoza üzerindeki etkilerini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. 30'u total protez, 20*si parsiyel protez kullanan 10'u ise protez kullanmayan 60 dişsiz hasta üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırmada total ve parsiyel protez altında mukoza ve submukozadaki doku değişiklikleri incelenmiştir. Total protez ve parsiyel protez kullanan grupların mukozalarında hiperkerat inizasyon, akantozis ve rete ridgelerde uzama gözlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan bag dokusunda iltihabi hücreler ve kollagen fibrillerde artış gözlenmiştir. Ancak protez kul- lanmıyan kontrol grubunun mukozasında hiperkeratinizasyon ve daha fazla da parakeratinizasyon görülmüştür. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to evaluated the effect of total and partial dentures on the oral mucosa. In this study sixty edentuolus sub jects, thirty had word total dentures, twenty had worn partial dentures ten subjects had not worn dentures. The present investigation was made to determined the tissue changes of mucosa and submucosa occuring under complate and partial dentures. In the mucosa of the total and partial destures wearing groups was seen hiperceratinisation,acantozis and alongation of the rete ridge. On the other hand, there was inflamatory cell, and increased fiber bundles on the connective t issue. However more paracerat inisat ion and hiperceratinisat ion was seen in the mucosa of nondenture wearing group. | |
