dc.description.abstractPulmonary edema may occur secondary to increased left ventricular load and systemic vascular resistance following a sudden drainage of cardiac tamponade fluid. In present case, a 65-year-old male patient who underwent heart surgery three months ago, was operated due to respiratory distress symptoms and developed reexpansion pulmonary edema, was reported.en_US
