dc.description.abstractYerel gündemin oluşmasındaki önemli aktörlerden biri de yerel basındır. Yerel basının yapılanması ve ekonomi politik ilişkileri yerel gündemin oluşmasında belirleyici bir faktördür. Belediyeler yerel düzeydeki bu ilişki yapısı içerisinde önde gelen kurumlar arasındadır. Belediyeler yönetiminin seçimle belirlenmesi nedeniyle siyasal, sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik bütün yerel dinamiklerin etkinlik gösterdiği bir alana sahiptir. Dolayısıyla belediyeler yerel basının oluşturduğu gündem açısından temel bir aktör olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu çalışma 15 Temmuz 2016 darbe girişimi sonrasında Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde kayyum atanan belediyelerle ilgili haberlerin yerel basındaki temsilini kayyum atama öncesi ve sonrası bağlamında ele almaktadır. Çalışmada Diyarbakır, Mardin ve Batman il belediyeleri örnek olarak incelenmiştir. Bu illerde yayınlanan “Diyarbakır Olay”, “Diyarbakır Söz”, “Tigris Haber”, “Mardin Life” ve Batman Yön gazetelerinin ilk sayfaları içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiş ve haber dağılımlarıyla ilgili istatistiki sonuçlar ortaya konmuştur. Bu sonuçlara göre kayyum öncesi ve kayyum sonrası süreci kapsayan 6 aylık dönemde toplam 1010 gazete sayısının analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler kayyum atama öncesi ile kayyum atama sonrası dönemde yayınlanan haberler arasında konusu bakımından bir farklılığın oluştuğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca Kayyum sonrası dönemde yayımlanan haberlerin çoğunlukla manşet ve sürmanşetten verildiği sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe local press is one of the important figures in the formation of the local agenda. The structuring of the local press and its political economy relations are a determining factor in the formation of the local agenda. Municipalities are among the leading institutions in the structure of this relationship at the local level. Since the municipality determines its administrations through an election, it has an area where all political, social, cultural, and economic local dynamics are active. Therefore, municipalities can be considered as major factors in terms of the agenda of the local press. This study examines the representation of the news in the local press about the municipalities which were appointed trustees in the Southeastern Anatolia Region after attempted coup on 15 July 2016 in the context of before and after the appointment of trustees. In the study, provincial municipalities in Diyarbakır, Mardin, and Batman were examined as samples. The first pages of the following newspapers "Diyarbakır Olay", "Diyarbakır Söz", "Tigris Haber", "Mardin Life" and "Batman Yön" in those provinces were analyzed using content analysis method and statistical results regarding news distribution were presented. In the light of these results, a total of 1010 number of newspapers analysis was conducted over a six-month period covering the pre-and post-trustee periods. Analysis have shown that the news coverages differentiated before and after the appointment of a trustee. In addition, it was concluded that the news published in the post-trustee period was mostly found on headings and subheadings.en_US
