Beta talasemi majorlü çocuklarda plazma protein C, protein S, antitrombin-III ve fibrinogen düzeyleri

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma Dicle üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Polikliniği tarafından takip edilen klinik ve laboratuvar bulguları ile tanısı konmuş 33 talasemi majörlü hasta ve 30 sağlıklı kontrol grubunda gerçekleştirildi. Talasemi majorlü hastalardan 4'ü Splenektomi geçirmiş ve 1 hasta da Splenektomi operasyonu sonrası Portal ven trombozu oluştu.Hasta ve kontrol grubuna ait plazma örnekleri AMAX-CS 190 tam otomatik koagulo metre cihazında hazır kit kullanarak çalışıldı. Ölçümler sonucunda hasta grubuna ait Protein C aktivite düzeyi, % 50.54+/-20.13, kontrol grubunda %94.66+/-32.62olarak ölçüldü.Hasta ve kontrol grubu arasındaki fark İstatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu.(P<0.001) Hasta grubuna ait protein S aktivite düzeyi %53.16 +/- 27.46, kontrol grubunda % 74.46 +/- 20.19 olarak ölçüldü. Hasta ve kontrol grubu arasındaki fark İstatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu.(P<0.001) Hasta grubunda AT-III düzeyi % 94.51 +/-20.02, kontrol grubunda % 119.33 +/- 11.70 ölçüldü..Hasta ve kontrol grubu arasındaki ferk İstatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu.(P<0.001) Hasta grubunda fibrinojen düzeyi 239.06 +/- 61.48 mg/dL, kontrol grubunda 269.93 +/- 72.50 mg/dL olarak ölçüldü. Hasta ve kontrol grubu arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmadı. (P>0.05) Hasta grubunda protein S ile AT-III arasında negatif bir ilişki saptandı.(P<0.05). Kontrol grubunda protein C ile protein S arasında pozitif bir ilişki saptandı.(P<0.05). Kontrol grubunda protein C ile fibrinojen arasında negatif bir ilişki saptandı.(P<0.05). | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out in Dicle University Medical Faculty Department of Pediatry with 33 thalassemia majored patients diagnosed with clinical laboratory findings and 30 healthy control group. Four of these patients had undergone splenectomia and after splenectomia, portal vene thrombose occured in one patient. Plasma samples belonging to patients and control group were studidd by using reagent kit in AMAX-CS 190 full automatic coagulometer device. Protein-C activation levels belonging to patient and control group were respectively measured as %50.54 +/-20.13 and %94.66 +/-32.62 (p<0.001). Protein-S activation levels of patient and control groups were measured as %53.16 +/-27A6 and %74.46 +/-p<00.1). AT-III levels for patient and control groups were respectively measured as %94.51 +/-20.02 and %1 19.33 +/-11.70 (p<0.001). Fibrinogen level for patient and control group was respectively measured as 239.06 +/-61.48 mg/dl and 269.93+/- 72.50mg/dl (p>0.05). In patient group a negative relation found between Protein S and AT-III (p<0.05). In control group a positive relation found between Protein-C and Protein-S (p<0.05).In control group a negative relation found between Protein-C and fibrinogen (p<0.05). | |
