Özet
In this study, gamma rays were applied to the sulfadimethoxine, pyrazinamide, andchloramphenicol in the dose range of 1-15 kilogray, in order to detect radiosensitivity of paramagneticspecies, which are formed after irradiation by electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. Firstly, theintensities of electron paramagnetic resonance signals of the samples as a function of the microwave powerwere investigated at room temperature. While no signal was obtained from the unirradiated samples, theirradiated samples exhibited significant spectra. Additionally, the time dependency of the samples wasanalyzed to study the stability of the radicals.
