dc.description.abstractExorista xanthaspis (Wiedemann, 1830) (Diptera: Tachinidae) specimens are reared from the larvae of Utetheisa pulchella (Linnaeus, 1758) (Lepidoptera: Erebidae) collected in Batman province. U. pulchella is recorded for the first time as host of this parasitoid. Some additional information about the reared species and its host is also provided.en_US
