dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin akıllı tahta kullanımına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Diyarbakır merkeze bağlı ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 30 sosyal bilgiler öğretmeni ile nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yoluyla veriler elde edilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde betimsel çözümleme tekniği kullanılmış ve elde edilen veriler sayısallaştırılarak sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda akıllı tahta kullanımının öğrenme sürecinde soyut kavramları ve konuları somutlaştırdığı, anlamlı öğrenmeyi sağladığı ve öğrencinin aktif öğrenmesini desteklediği yönünde bulgular elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmada, sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin çoğunun akıllı tahta kullanımı ile ilgili yeterli bilgi ve beceriye sahip olmadıkları yönünde görüş bildirdikleri de saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this article was to determine the views of social studies teachers about using of smart board. In accordance with this purpose, data were collected from 30 social studies teachers working in primary schools in central districts of Diyarbakır, by means of semi-structured interview as a qualitative research method. Descriptive analysis technique was used in data analysing and the acquired datas were presented as digitized. As a result of the research, findings showed that the use of smart board reifies the abstract terms and subjects, enables the meaningful learning and supports the active learning of students during the learning process. It was also concluded that social studies teachers haven’t enough knowledge and skills about smart board.
