| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde halen tartışılmakta olan iktidar ve adalet problemi, tarihin en eski zamanlarına kadar gider. İktidar ve adalet, eski zamanlardan günümüze farklı anlamlar taşıyarak gelmiştir. Fakat anlamlar ne kadar değişik olursa olsun, adaleti içermeyen bir iktidar anlayışı, tarihin hiçbir döneminde mümkün olmamıştır. Böylelikle de her iktidar anlayışı, adalet anlayışıyla birlikte var olmuştur.Modern siyaset anlayışı, modern devlet fikrini de beraberinde getirmekle birlikte yeni bir iktidar ve adalet anlayışı ortaya koymuştur. Modern devlet teorisinin tarihsel süreç içindeki oluşumunu tamamlayan Hobbes, kuramında, insan doğasından hareketle sözleşmeye ve oradan da modern devletin oluşumuna giden süreci, kurgusal bir yolla aktarmıştır. Böylelikle de Leviathan'ı yani Devleti, ya da diğer adıyla Ölümlü Tanrı'yı kurmuştur. Hobbes, insanın, ancak mutlak iktidarın varlığıyla olağan bir yaşam süreceğini düşünür. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The topic of power and justice being still discussed nowadays dates back to prehistoric times. The terms of power and justice have had different meanings in historical process up to these days. But however the meanings are different, a sense of power which doesn?t include the justice have never been possible at any age. By this way, every sense of power have only existed together with the sense of justice.In spite of bringing with the idea of modern state, modern sense of politics has put forth a new sense of power and justice. Hobbes completing the formation of modern state in historical process, quoted the process of agreement concerning human nature and the process of modern sense of state based agreement. By this way he established Laviathan meaning State called as well ?Deadly God? Hobbes believed that human being lives a normal life with only the existence of absolutepower. | |
