| dc.description.abstract | Deformite cerrahisinde akut ya da tedrici düzeltme uygulanabilir. Tibia diafiz deformitesinde 40 dereceyekadar aç ılanmalarda akut düzeltme, daha ileri deformitelerde ise tedrici düzeltme önerilmektedir. Biz buolguda, tibiada koronal planda 33, sagital planda 50 derece aç ılanmas ı olan 16 ya ş ındaki hastaya kapalıkama osteotomisiyle akut düzeltme ve intramedüller çivi ile osteosentez uyguladık. Ameliyat sonras ı koronalve sagital planda deformitelerin tam olarak düzeldiğ i görüldü. Postoperatif erken dönemde ve nörovasküleryapılar aç ıs ından önemli olan ilk 3 hafta içinde herhangi bir komplikasyon görülmedi. | en_US |
