| dc.description.abstract | Yapı kullanıcının gereksinmeleri doğrultusunda oluşturul muş fiziksel çevredir. Yapının amacı kullanıcının gereksi nim duyduğu konforlu çevreyi yaratmaktır. Kullanıcı bazı çevresel etmenler sonucunda bir takım gereksinmeler duyar. Çevresel etmenlerin eksiksiz ve gerçek bir biçimde ortaya konması, kullanıcı gereksiniminin doğru bir şekilde belitlenmesini sağlar. Bunun sonucu olarak da yapı amacına uygun bir biçimde tasarlanmış olur. Çevresel etmenler- kullanıcı gereksinimi- tasarım ilişkisi doğru kurulmadığında yapının amacına ters düşülür. Eski yapılarda bu ilişkinin doğruluk aranı günümüz yapılarına göre daha fasladır. Bu ilişkinin kurulması günümüz yapılarının tasarımlarında aynı duyarlılıkla ele alınmamaktadır. Bunun sonucunda insanların gereksinim duydukları konfordan uzak, yapılar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çevresel etmenler kullanıcı gereksinimi- tasarım ilişkisi konusu, Diyarbakır eski Suriçi ve Sur dışı evleri örneklemesiyle ele alınmıştır. Bu evlerde kullanıcılar aynı çevresel etmenlerde hemen hemen benzer olmasına karşın farklı tasarımlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu farklılığın nedeni, kullanıcı gereksinmesinde ki farklılıklar ve yapının kullanım amacı dır. Kısaca tanıtılan çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. VI Birinci bölümde; konu tanıtılmış, çalışmanın amacı, önemi, varsayım, sınırlılık ve yöntem belirtilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; çevresel etmenler- kullanıcı gereksinimi- tasarım ilişkisi konuları ile ilgili genel bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ağırlığını oluşturan üçüncü bölümde; çevresel etmenler- kullanıcı gereksinimi- tasarım ilişkisi konusu; Diyarbakır eski suriçi ve surdışı evleri örneklemesiyle ele alınmıştır. Bu evlerde, bu ilişkinin kurulması ve kullanıcı gereksinmeler indeki farklılıkların, tasarımlara belirgin bir biçimde yansıdığı gerçeği ortaya çıkarılmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | Construction is a physical environment that is formed in the direction of thu user's requirements. The aim of the construction is to create a comfortable environment which is needed by the user. As the result of some complete and actual factors put forward, the user's requirement will be determined truely. As a result of this the construction will be designed to achieve this aim. When the environmental factor -user requirement- design relations are not set up correctly it will be a contradic tion to the aim of the construction. Realisation of the actual rate of this relation is more in the old con structions than it's in the new ones. Setting up this relation in today's construction is held with the same sensivitiy. As a result of this, constructions which are far away from being comfortable in meeting the user's needs arise. The theme of the environmental factor -user requirement- design relation is held on by sampling old Diyarbakır houses set inside and outside the city wall. In these houses, although the users are the same and the environ mental factors being nearly the same, different designes are arised. The cause of this difference is the difference in the user requirements and the construction use aim. VIII Briefly the study has four parts. In the first part the theme is introduced, the aim of the study, the importance, the hypotheses, limitation and the method are shown. In the second part general informations related to the environmental factor -user requirement- design relation are given. In the third part, which formes the main part of the study, the environmental factors -user's requirement- design relation theme are held with the sampling of old Diyarfaakir's houses sat inside and outside the city wall. In these houses, setting this relation up and the truth of reflecting the difference of the user requirement on the design arrised by the created pictures. The fourth part is assigned to results and suggestions. In the appendix part sketches and photographs related to the theme are given. Key Words s Environmental Factors, User Requirement. | |
