| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Carthamus glaucus 'un sekonder metabolitleri incelenmiştir. Bitki kurutulup, öğütülerek EtOH ile özütlenmiştir. Evapore edilerek elde edilen bitki özütü, silika-jel kolonlarından; artan oranlarda EtOAc bulunan Hekzan-EtOAc karışımlarıyla yıkanmıştır. Kolon kromatografisi ile biribirinden ayrılan bileşikler, HPLC aracılığıyla saflaştırılmıştır. Bileşiklerin yapılarını aydınlatılmasında; Kütle, UV, İR, 13C ve XH NMR spektroskopilerinden yararlanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda : a-Bisabalol J3-D-Fukopiranosid 3'-izovalerinat, a-Bisabalol P-D-Fukopiranosid 3'-izobütirat, a-Bisabalol P-D-Fukopiranosid 3'-sennosinat, a-Bisabalol P-D-Fukopiranosid, 5-hidroksi 6,7-dimetoksiflavon Bileşikleri izole edilmiştir. Bu bileşiklerin ilk üçü doğadan ilk kez izole edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, secondary metabolites of Carthamus glaucus have been investigated. Air-dried and powdered plant were extracted with EtOH. After evaporation, the residues were chromotographed on a silica -gel column, eluted with heksane containing increasing amounts of EtOAc. Compounds which had separated from each other with column chromotography have been purified by HPLC Structure elucidation of compounds have been earned out by Mass, UV, IR, C and 5H NMR Spectroscopy. As a result of this study; cc-Bisabalol (3-D-Fucopiranocide 3'-isovalerinat, a-Bisabalol P-D-Fucopiranocide 3'-isobutrat, cc-Bisabalol 3-D-Fucopiranocide 3'-senocinat, a-Bisabalol P-D-Fucopiranocide, 5-hidroxy 6,7-dimetocsiflavon have been isolated from C glaucus. First three compounds of them were isolated for the first time from the nature. | |
