dc.description.abstractThis study investigates with the search for the government system in Turkey and the view of the people from the Diyarbakir sample to the governmental models coming into the scope of these searches. This study is based on face-to-face and multiple-choice field survey of 1,500 people in Diyarbakır city and Bağlar, Kayapınar, Sur and Yenişehir districts conducted in June 2016. In this framework, information was given about government systems in order to establish a theoretical framework for the study, then the governmen tsystem and its discussions in Turkey were examined and in the last part the results of the field research were analyzed
dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Türkiye’de hükümet sistemi arayışları ve bu arayışlar kapsamında gündeme gelen hükümet modellerine Diyarbakır örneği üzerinden halkın bakışını konu almaktadır. Çalışma Haziran 2016’da Diyarbakır Bağlar, Kayapınar, Sur ve Yenişehir ilçelerinde 1500 kişi ile yüz yüze ve çoktan seçmeli olarak yapılan bir alan araştırmasının verilerini esas almaktadır. Bu çerçevede önce çalışma için teorik bir çerçeve oluşturmak amacıyla hükümet sistemleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş, ardından Türkiye’de hükümet sistemi ve tartışmaları değerlendirilmiş, son kısımda ise alan araştırmasının sonuçları analiz edilmiştir
