Pyloric giant Brunner's gland hamartoma as a cause of both duodenojejunal intussusception and obscure gastrointestinal bleeding

| dc.description.abstract | Obscure gastrointestinal kanama önemli bir sorundur. Brunner gland hamartoması oldukça nadir bir tümördür ve genellikle duodenal bulba yerleşimlidir. Burada üç yıldır birçok melena atağından yakınan 34 yaşında bir kadın hastayı sunmaktayı z. Kompitürize tomografide batın sağ üst kadranda büyük bir hedef lezyon ve enteroklizis ile desteklenen intestinal malrotasyonu temsil eden görünüm izlendi. Eksploratrif laparotomide Treitz ligamenti vertebral kolumnun orta-sağ tarafında lokalize idi ve duodenal bulbun proksimal jejunuma invajine olduğ u gözlendi. Longitudinal duodenotomiden sonra pilorik halkadan köken alan saplı, halka şekilli büyük bir polip görülerek eksize edildi. Histoloji Brunner gland hamartoması ile uyumlu idi. Obscure kanamalı bu olgu, nadir ve pilorik yerleşimli büyük, halka şekilli tumor sergilemesi bakımından orjinaldi. Dahası, hastada intestinal malrotasyonun eşlik ettiği nadir bir sunum olan duodenojejunal intussepsiyon vardı. | en_US |
