dc.description.abstractAnatomik boşluklara yer değiştirme, diş çekimi komplikasyonları arasında sık görülür. Özellikle maksiller molar dişlerin, maksiller sinüse anatomik yakınlığından dolayı sinüs içine yer değiştirmiş köklerle sık karşılaşılır. Sinüs içine yer değiştirmiş köklerin çıkarılmasında farklı yöntemler vardır. Bu olgumuzda maksiller sinüse yer değiştirmiş köklerin Caldwell Luc operasyonu ile çıkarılması sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractDisplacement into anatomical spaces is a common complication of tooth extraction. Roots displaced into the sinus are frequently encountered, especially due to the anatomical proximity of the maxillary molars to the maxillary sinus. There are different methods for removing roots displaced into the sinus. In this case, we present the removal of roots displaced into the maxillary sinus by caldwell luc operation.en_US
