| dc.description.abstract | Bu makale, 11 Eylül 2001 tarihlinde ABD‟de yapılan terörist saldırılara ilişkin BM‟nin tutumuna yönelik bir inceleme ve analiz girişimidir. Bu bağlamda, BM Genel Kurulu 6. Komitesinin uluslararası terörizm konusunda kapsamlı bir sözleşme sağlamak için verdiği çabayı ve karşılaştığı güçlüklerde incelenecektir. BM Genel Kurul‟un görüşüne göre, insan grupları veya belirli birtakım kişiler arasında terör durumu oluşturmaya yönelik suç unsuru içeren siyasi amaçlı eylemler, her ne kadar siyasi, felsefi, ideolojik, ırksal, etnik, dini ve diğer nedenlere dayanılarak yapılsa da her durum ve koşulda hukuk dışı bir eylemdir. Bu kapsamda, Genel Kurul terörizmin tanımına ilişkin çalışmalarında, terörizm tanımını mümkün olduğunca dar tutarak uyuşmazlıkların giderilmesine çalışmaktadır. | dc.description.abstract | This article, 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks on the U.S. attitude towards the UN is a review and analysis initiatives. In this context, the UN General Assembly 6th Committee on international terrorism, the effort to provide a comprehensive contract and the difficulties encountered will be reviewed. According to the UN General Assembly's opinions, group of people or specific among some people to create terror for political purposes including criminal action, although political, philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic, religious and other reasons, based on the conditions it is done is an action outside the law. In this framework, the General Assembly work on the definition of terrorism, terrorism is defined as holding tight to try to resolve conflicts.
