dc.description.abstractHepatit B'ye bağlı akut, kronik hepatit ve karaciğer sirozu olgularında HBV ve HDV'nin serolojik belirteçleri ile bunların önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. 110 akut hepatit vakasının 24 'ünde (% 21.8) konfeksiyon, 54 kronik hepatit vakasının 8* inde t*A 14.8) süper infeksiyon, 17*sinde <*/* 31.4) kronik B ve D infeksiyonu, 50 karaciğer sirozunun lO'unda <% 20) süper infeksi yon 19'unda <% 38) kronik HBV ve HD\f tesbit edilmiştir. 98 sağlıklı HBsAq tasıganı bireyin 3 'ünde (.% 3. 0) Anti- HDV antikorları tesbit edilmiştir. Konunun bölgesel önemi ele alınmış ve diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe serologic markers of HBV and HDV their importance has been discussed, depended on liver cirrhosis, acute and chronic hepatitis. Coinfection on 24 events of HO acute hepatitis (28. 8 %>, super infection on 8 (14.8 %>, chronic B and D infections on 17 events of 54 chronic hepatitis (31.4 K), super infection on 10 events of 50 liver cirrhosis (20 %), and on 19 events of chronic HBV and HDV infections (38 %> have been determined. Ant i- HDV antibodies have been determined on 3 of 98 healthy HBs Ag carriers (3 %>. The regional importance of the subject has been examined and compared with other experiments.
