| dc.description.abstract | Kisthidatik, endemisi, progresyonu, ciddi komplikasyonları ve nadiren spontan regrese olması nedeni ile önemli bir sağlık sorunudur. Bu çalışmamızda 2000 ile 2010 yılları arası kliniğimizde (D.Ü.T.F. Göğüs Cerrahi) akciğer kisthidatik nedeniyle opere olan hastalar retrospektif olarak incelendi. Bu hastaların yaşı, cinsiyeti, semptomu, kist sayısı, kist boyutu, kistin perfore olup olmaması, lökosit sayısı, kistin hangi tarafta olduğu, kistin lokalizasyonu, gibi parametrelerin mortalite ve morbidite ile olan ilişkisi uygun istatistiksel testler kullanarak araştırıldı. Çalışmamıza alınan toplam 143 hastada mortalite görülmedi. Morbiditenin varlığı ve değişkenler arasında fark olup olmadığı student-t testi ile test edildi. Morbidite olanlarda perforasyon olanların ortalaması ve standart sapması 0,5 ± 0,50 iken, olmayanlarda ise ortalama ve standart sapma değeri 0,29 ± 0,49 olarak görülmektedir. Bu iki ortalama arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görülmüştür (p=0,01). Cinsiyetin, kist boyutunun ve lokalizasyonun morbidite üzerine etkisi bulunamadı. ( X²=0, 00, p=1, 00). Sonuç olarak; perfore akciğer kist hidatiklerinin postoperatif morbiditeyi önemli ölçüde artırdığı hastanede kalış süresini uzattığı tespit edildi. | dc.description.abstract | Hydatid disease, endemic, progression, serious complications and, rarely, spontaneously regressed due to an important health problem. In this study in our clinic between the years from 2000 to 2010 (D.Ü.T.F. Thoracic Surgery) were retrospectively reviewed the patients operated on for pulmonary hydatid cyst. The patients' age, gender, symptoms, number of cysts, cyst size, whether or not perforated the cyst, leukocyte count, on which side of the cyst, the cyst localization, the appropriate statistical parameters such as mortality and morbidity with tests were investigated using. There was no mortality in our study, the total of 143 patients. Whether there is a difference between the presence of morbidity and the variables were tested with Student-t test.
