| dc.description.abstract | Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun Türkiye İdari teşkilatı içindeki yerini irdelediğimiz bu çalışmamız üç bölümden meydana gelmektedir: Birinci bölümde genel hatlarıyla Türkiye idari teşkilatı anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde öncelikle Bağımsız İdari Otorite kavramı ve bu otoritelerin işlevi anlatılmıştır. Daha sonra bu otoritelerin Türkiye idari teşkilatı içindeki yeri belirlenmeye çalışılmış ve de ülkemizde uygulamada görülen bağımsız idari otoriteler yapılan ve görevleri itibariyle belirtilerek her birinin neden bağımsız bir idari otorite olarak kabul edildiği açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise bağımsız bir idari otorite olarak sınıflandırdığımız Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun varlık nedeni, işleyişi, yetkileri anlatılmış ve de Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun bağımsız Bir İdari Otorite olarak kabul edilmesinin nedenleri açıklanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study, in which the place of the Capital Market Comitee in the Turkish administrative organization has been examined, consists of three parts: In the first part, the Turkish administrative organization has been handled. In the second part, before all else, the concept of Independent Administrative Authority and its functions has been examined. Then, the place of Independent Administrative Authorities in the Turkish administrative organization and examples of them in Turkey and also the reason why they are accepted as Independent Administrative Authority has been examined. In the third and the last part, the Capital Market Comitee itself, which is accepted as an Independent Administrative Authority, and its place in the Turkish administrative organization has been thoroughly handled. | |
