dc.description.abstract122 patients with acute immune thrombocytopenic purpura who were hospitalized in Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Hematology-Oncology between 1989 and 1993 were reviewed. In 30 (24%) patients, 0.5-1 g/kg/day immunoglobulin was administered as an intravenous infusion for 3 days and compared with other treatment protocols.en_US
dc.description.abstract1989-1993 yılları arasında Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı Hematoloji-Onkoloji bölümüne yatarak tanı alan 122 Akut immun trombositopenik purpuralı hasta gözden geçirildi. Hastaların 30’una (%24) 0,5-1 gr/kg/gün , 3 gün boyunca, intravenöz infüzyon şeklinde immünglobulin uygulanmış olup diğer tedavi protokolleri ile karşılaştırıldı.en_US
