Özet
Bu araştırmada, boğa ve koç da Duktus deferensin (DD) histomorfolojik, histolojik ve histokimyasal yapılarının ışık mikroskobik olarak incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada materyal olarak ergin ve sağlıklı 8 adet boğa ve koç’dan alınan doku örnekleri kullanıldı. Toplanan örneklere morfolojik ölçümler ve histolojik işlemler uygulandı. Boğa ve koç DD lumeni düzensiz yapıdaydı ve çok sayıda spiral mukoza kıvrımları içermekteydi. Her iki türde de DD’in mukoza, muskularis mukoza ve adventisya tabakalarından oluştuğu görüldü. Epitel pseudostratifiye, prizmatik ve streosilyalıydı. Lamina propriya fibroelastik sıkı bağ dokudan oluşmuştu. Kas tabakası iç içe karışmış dairesel, boyuna ve spiral düz kas demetlerinden meydana gelmişti. Nötral musinler epitel de prinsipal hücrelerin sitoplazmasında PAS (+) olarak ortaya çıkarken, zayıf sülfatlı musinler Aldehid Fuksin ve Alsian Mavisi ile boyanmada mukozanın apikalinde belirlenmişti.
The aim of this study was to investigate the histomorphological and histochemical structure of the Ductus Deferens (DD) in bull and ram using light microscope. In this study, tissue samples taken from 8 of the healthy and mature male bull and ram were used as material. Eight vas deferens were collected, organs grossly examined measured for length and processed for histology. The lumen of ductus deferens of ram and bull was appeared irregular in shape with many spiral mucosal folds. Each ductus deferens specimen consisted of mucosa, muscularis mucosae, and adventitia. The lining epithelium was pseudostratified columnar type with stereocilia. The lamina propria was formed from fibroelastic dense connective tissue layer. The muscular coat was formed from intermingled smooth muscle fibers arranged mainly as circular bundles, then appeared as longitudinal and spiral bundles. The neutral mucins appeared as PAS-positive substances in the cytoplasm of the principal cells of the lining epithelium. The weak sulphated mucins showed up Aldehyde Fuchsin and Alcian Blue staining in the apical mucoza.
