dc.description.abstractOsmanlı İmparatorluğu’ndan Cumhuriyet’e geçiş süreci; ıslahat hareketlerinden başlayarak on sekizinci yüzyıl içerisinde görülen III. Selim ve II. Mahmud reformları, Tanzimat hareketleri, Meşrutiyet dönemi ile devam etmiştir. II. Meşrutiyetin ardından ve I. Dünya Savaşı’nda geçirilen İttihat ve Terakki iktidarı yılları, Millî Mücadele süreci ve nihayetinde Cumhuriyet’in İlânı ile devam etmiştir. Cumhuriyet’in ilânı ve tek parti iktidarı yılları modernleşme süreci içerisindeki doğru üzerinde ideolojik anlamda bir kırılmanın yaşandığı bir dönem özelliğini taşımaktadır. Bu dönemde değişim devletin yönetim biçiminden, toplumsal hayata; siyasî, ekonomik, kültürel alanlarda net bir şekilde görülmektedir. Kültürel alandaki değişiklikler sanat alanına da açık bir biçimde etki etmektedir. Bu çalışma, değişim sürecinde siyasî kararların sanata ne yönde etkisi olduğunun ortaya konulması adına değişime karakteristik özelliğini veren erken cumhuriyet dönemi politikalarının Hüsnühat sanatına etkilerinin ne olduğunu konu edinmektedir. Araştırmanın temel sorusu da bu politikaların hat sanatına ne yönde etkisinin olduğudur. Çalışma bu soruyu yanıtlama çevresinde şekillendirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe transition process from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic; started with reform movements, followed by Selim III and Mahmud II reforms in the eighteenth century, Tanzimat movements, and Constitutional Period. That was followed by the proclamation of the Second Constitutional Era and the years of the Union and Progress government during the First World War, and the National Struggle process followed, and finally the Proclamation of the Republic. The proclamation of the Republic and the years of single-party rule are characterized by a radical change in the level of the modernization process in the ideological sense. During this period, the change is clearly visible in the political, economic, cultural spheres, from the way the state is governed to social life. Changes in the cultural field also clearly affect the field of art. This study deals with the impact of early republican policies on the art of Islamic calligraphy, in order to reveal the impact of political decisions on art during the transition process. The main subject of the study is the effect of these policies on Islamic calligraphy. The study has been shaped within the framework of clarifying this subject.en_US
