| dc.description.abstract | Dünyada ve Türkiye'de yaşanan depremlere baktığımızda yaşanan depremlerde binlerce insan hayatını kaybetmiş bundan çok daha fazlası da evsiz kalmıştır. Türkiye'nin fay hatları üzerinde olduğunu düşünecek olursak Türkiye'de büyük bir depremin yaşanma olasılığı her zaman vardır. Geçmiş deneyimlerimiz böyle bir depremin yaşanması durumunda özellikle de fay hatları üzerinde bulunan gelişmiş şehirlerimizde çok büyük can kayıplarının yaşanabileceği ve ülke ekonomisinin de çok kötü etkilenebileceğini göstermektedir. Bu sebeplerden dolayı var olan yapı stokumuzun incelenerek deprem performanslarının belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Fakat mevcut yönetmeliklerle bu incelenmenin yapılması mevcut yapı stokunun büyüklüğü nedeniyle pek de mümkün değildir. Bu nedenlerden dolayı ülkemizde hızlı bir şekilde yapıların deprem performansının belirlenmesi için çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmalardan biri de Hızlı Sismik Değerlendirme yöntemidir. Yapılan bu tez çalışmasında PERA yönteminde bazı basitleştirmeler yapılarak PERA yöntemi hızlandırılmaya çalışılmış ve bu hızlandırma ile elde edilen sonuçlar Riski Yapıların Tespit Edilmesi Hakkındaki Esaslar Yönetmeliği ile elde edilen sonuçlar ile karşılaştırılmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | When we consider the earthquakes that happen in our country and other countries in the World, many people have lost their lifes and more and more have been homeless, since our country is on a fault line, sooner or later it is always likely that there might be an earthquake with a big magnitude, our previous ecperience have shown that in case at any earthquake, especially in megacities which me on the fault lines, will have may lost life and there will be a big economic recession in the country. For these reasons, all of construction stock already existed be examined and the earthquake performance must immediately be clarified. Because of these reasons there are studies to determine the quickly done earthquake performance. One of the studies is "PERA method". İn this present study PERA method has been accelerated by making some simplifications and the results that held by this acceleration and the result that are held by "rbte method" have been compared.
