dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, bu konudaki mevcut olanaklar araştırılmış, mevcut bazı teknikler karşılaştırılmış, küçük modifikasyonlarla şartlarımıza en uygunu bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada değişik Kadın Doğum Kliniklerinden sağlanan 53 bireye ait Korion villi materyali değerlendirilmiştir. Bunlardan 49!u gebeliği sonlandırılmış, 4cü Spontan abortus yapmış bireylere aittir. 4 Spontan abortus materyalinden birinden 45, X0, birinde İse 46,XY/47,XY -f 21 raozaisizmi saptanmıştır. Sonlandırılmış 49 gebelik materyalinden birisinde 46,XY/ 47, XY, + 21 mozaisizmi saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study the present possibilities were investigated:- and some tecniques were compered f with some small modifications the best one which appropriate for our conditions was tried to be found. in the study chorion villi material which was taken from dif ferent clinics^.and 53 individuals was eva luted. 49 of these belong to the women whose pregnancy were ended 4 of these belong to the women who had spontan abortus. Me determined 45,X0 mozaisizm at one of the four spontan abor tus material and 46»XY/47,XY + 21 at the other one. Me determined 46,XY/47,XY + 21 rnozaisizns'at one of the chorion villi material which was taken from 49 people whose pregnancy were ended.
