| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Ekonomik büyümeyi gerçekleştirerek gelişmek ve kalkınmak isteyen ülkeler, rekabet üstünlüğünü elde edebilmek için küresel ölçekte düşünmek, bilgi yoğun teknolojiler kullanarak mal ve hizmet üretmek zorundadırlar. Bunu gerçekleştirmek için de üniversite - sanayi işbirliğine ihtiyaç duymaktadırlar. Üniversite – Sanayi işbirliği gerçekleştiğinde, üniversitedeki bilimsel potansiyelin ve üretilen bilimsel bilginin sanayiye aktarılarak paylaşılmasıyla daha fazla katma değer yaratılmakta, işletmeler ar-ge, inovasyon faaliyetlerinde bulunmaya teşvik edilerek sürdürülebilir işbirliği sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile Diyarbakır İli Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde sanayi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin, üniversite ile işbirliği düzeylerinin ve içeriğinin tespit edilerek, üniversite sanayi işbirliğinin geliştirilmesi, üniversite sanayi işbirliği içinde ar-ge, inovasyon faaliyetleriyle rekabetçi ve yenilikçi bir yapı kazanmalarının ve mevcut kaynakların etkin şekilde kullanılmasının sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. İşletmeler, üniversite – sanayi işbirliğinin gerekliliği konusunda olumsuz görüş belirtmemiş, ancak işbirliğinin istenilen düzeyde olmadığını belirtmişlerdir. Üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin artırılması ve işletmelerin memnuniyetinin artması için neler yapılması gerektiği hususunda, işletmelerin karşılıklı güven ortamının sağlanması yani işbirliği süreciyle ilgili olarak gizliliğe önem verilmesinin gerekliliğini seçenekler arasında ilk sıraya koymaları kayda değerdir. İşletmelerin büyük çoğunluğunun üniversite - sanayi işbirliklerinde yaşanan sorunların işletmelerden kaynaklandığını belirtmeleri bir diğer önemli bulgudur. Bu çalışma, ilin sanayisine ve üniversite – sanayi işbirliğine yönelik yapılacak olan bilimsel araştırma ve projelere içerik ve veri açısından başvurulabilecek bir kaynak olma niteliğini taşımaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Countries that want to develop by realizing economic growth have to think on a global scale and produce goods and services using information-intensive technologies in order to gain competitive advantage. In order to achieve this, they need university-industry cooperation. When university-industry cooperation is realized, added value is created by transferring the scientific potential and the scientific knowledge produced in the university to the industry, and sustainable cooperation is ensured by encouraging businesses to engage in R&D and innovation activities. With this study, it is aimed to determine the level and content of cooperation of the enterprises operating in the industrial sector in Diyarbakır Organized Industrial Zone with the university, to develop university-industry cooperation, to gain a competitive and innovative structure with R&D and innovation activities in university-industry cooperation and to use existing resources effectively intended to be provided. According to the results of the research, none of the enterprises expressed a negative opinion about the necessity of university-industry cooperation, but it was observed that they stated that the cooperation was not at the desired level. It is noteworthy that, in terms of what should be done to increase university-industry cooperation and to increase the satisfaction of enterprises, it is noteworthy that enterprises put the issue of providing an environment of mutual trust, that is, giving importance to confidentiality regarding the cooperation process, among the options. Another important finding is that the majority of businesses state that the problems experienced in university-industry cooperation are caused by businesses. This study acts as a reference source in terms of content and data for scientific research and projects to be carried out for the industry of the province and university-industry cooperation. | en_US |
