dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Nisan 1993 - Mart 1994 tarihleri arasın da Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi tç Hastalıkları Kliniğinde ve Genel Cerrahi Kliniğinde yatmakta olan 15-80 yaş grubu arasında toplam 51 hastanın serum ve asit sıvıların da yapılmıştır. Bu hastaların 23'ü siroz, 4'ü tüberküloz peritonit, lö'u peritonitis karsinomatoza, 9'u konjestif kalp yetmezliği, 5'i kronik böbrek yetmezliği idi. Kontrol grubu ile karaciğer sirozlu (P<0.OOl) ve tüberküloz peritoniti i (P<0.05> olguların serum ADA de ğerleri arasında önemli bir fark bulundu. Tüberküloz peritonitte asit ADA aktivitesi diğer nedenlerle oluşan asit sıvısındakilerden daha yüksekti
dc.description.abstractWe studied with 51 patients' (range 15-80) serum and ascitic fluid who were treated in departments of surgery and internal medicine of Dicle University Qmnmval hospital between April 1993 and March 1994, Tw@nfey~fehr@@ patient with cirrhosis, 4 patients with tuberculosis» 10> patients with peritonitis care i noma tosa, 9 patients with ascites due to congestive heart failure and 5 patients with ascites due to renal failure were included in this study. Serum ADA levels were significantly different between control group and cirrhosis . This study suggests that ascites fluid ADA activity determination may be useful in the screening of tuberculous peritonitis from other causes of ascites.
