| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada bazı yeni N,N'-disübstitüe diaza crown bikleşiklerinin sentezlenmesi düşünüldü. Bu amaçla önce polietilen glikol diklorür ile alkil ve aril aminin aşırısı etkileştirilip reaksiyon kanşımı ısıtılarak dört tane diazaoksaalkan sentezlendi. Daha sonra sentezlenen bu bileşikler halkalaştırma reaksiyonuna tabi tutuldu. Halkalaştırma işlemi hem verim arttırıcı önlemler alınmadan, hem de verim arttırıcı, örneğin "template" etki uygulanarak gerçekleştirildi. Elde edilen ham ürünler ya bazik AI2O3 üzerinde kolon kromatoğrafısi uygulanarak, ya da HC1 ekstraksiyonuna tabi tutularak saflaştırıldı. Elde edilen N,N'-disübstitüe diaza crown bileşiklerinin yapıları, İR, lH ve 13C NMR gibi spektroskopik yöntemlerle ve element analizi sonuçlarıyla doğrulandı. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, we have been thought synthesis of some new N,N'- disubstituted diaza crown ether compounds. For this reason, first polyethilene glycol dicloride reacted with excess of aril and alkyl amines and four diazaoxaalkane were synthesized by heating of reaction mixture. After that these compounds which were synthesized, carried aut to form cikloing reaction. The process of cikloing is performed both dont get caution of increasing yeald and get caution of increasing yeald effect such as template. Products which were obtained after this reaction cerried aut with coloumn chromatography by basic AI2O3 and extraction of HC1, so that pruducts were purrified. N.N1- disubstituted diaza crown compounds' structure were determined by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroskopic methods, and elemental analysis results. | |
