dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde yayılış gösteren Onohrychis Miller cinsine ait 8 tür (O. caput-galti, O. cristu-galli, O. aequidentata, O* carduchorum, O. megataphros, O. galegifolia, 0. kotschyana, O. radiata), sistematik, morfolojik ve kromozom sayısı bakımından incelenmiştir. İncelenen türler, Lophobrychis, Otwbtychis ve Hymenohrychh seksiyonlarında yer almışlardır. Türlerin daha iyi tanıtılabilmesi için morfolojik özelliklerini gösteren şematik şekiller, çiçek ve çiçek kısmaları ile meyvalannın çizimleri verilmiştir. incelenen 8 türün kromozom çalışmaları için tohumlarından yararlanılmıştır. Kromozom çalışmaları sonucunda türlerin somatik kromozomları sayılmıştır. Bunlardan 5 türün (O. kotschyana, O. megataphros, O. carduchorum, O, radiata, O. galegifolia) kromozom sayımlan ilk defe yapılmıştır. dc.description.abstractIn this study, 8 Onobtychis species (O. caput-gatti, O. crista-gatli, O. aequidentata, O. carduchorum, O. megataphros, O. galegifolia, O. kotschyana, O. radiata) which are distributed in South-East Anatolian Region were examined in point of systematics, morphologies and chromosome counts. Examined species are belong to the Lopkobtychis, Onobtychis and Hymenobrychis sections. Clearer figures of species, draws of flowers and its parts and fruits were given more to determinate the species. The chromosome counts of examined 8 species were carried out from seeds. The somatic chromosome numbers of all the examined 8 Onobtychis species were counted. The numbers chromosome of five species (O. kotschyana, O. megataphros, O. carduchorum, O. radiata, O. galegifolia) were determined for the first time.
